Active Everywhere Referral Program
Who can participate in the Resilio Active Everywhere Referral Program?
The Resilio Active Everywhere Referral Program is open to active Resilio customers with an account in good standing. If you’ve used Resilio at a previous organization and want to bring it to your new company, you’re welcome to participate too.
Who can I refer?
You can refer colleagues, partners, or other professionals who are not already Resilio customers.
Referrals must be new to Resilio — meaning they have never previously signed up for a trial, demo, or had an active account.
How do I submit a referral?
Simply fill out the referral form with your details and your contact’s information (name, job title, company, and business email).
How many referrals can I make?
You may submit up to 10 qualified referrals per calendar year.
Referrals beyond this limit may not be eligible for rewards unless otherwise approved by Resilio.
How will I receive my reward?
Once your referral’s participation has been confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with details on how to claim your reward.
Please allow up to 30 days after activation for processing.
Can I refer people outside my company or country?
Yes — you can refer contacts anywhere Resilio Active Everywhere is available.
However, reward fulfillment (e.g., gift cards) may be subject to regional availability and local laws.
What if multiple people refer to the same contact?
Only the first verified referral submission for a given contact will be eligible. We encourage you to confirm that your contact hasn’t already been referred before submitting.

1. Eligibility
The Resilio Active Everywhere Referral Program (“Program”) is open to current Resilio users who have access to an Active Everywhere license or have used the product through their organization.
Referrers (“you”) must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate contact details.
You may not be a professional affiliate marketer, reseller, or distributor unless expressly authorized by Resilio.
Referrals must be made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Who You Can Refer
The Program is designed to recognize Resilio advocates in three ways:
a. Internal Department Referral
You may refer another department, division, or team within your current organization that is not already using Resilio Active Everywhere. If that department adopts Resilio through your referral, you are eligible for a one-time reward.
b. New Organization Referral (Job Change)
If you have changed roles or companies, you can refer your new organization to adopt Resilio Active Everywhere — even if your previous employer was already a Resilio customer. You remain eligible as long as you personally used Resilio in your previous role and make the referral in good faith to your new company.
c. External Peer Referral
You can refer friends, colleagues, or partners outside your current organization — for example, peers in your professional network, agencies, or other companies. The referred contact must be a new Resilio customer (i.e., their organization has not previously held an Active Everywhere license or trial).
3. How to Participate
Submit referrals through the official Resilio Referral Form.
Include both your details and your referral’s contact information (name, company, job title, and business email).
Referrals must be verifiable and originate from a genuine professional connection.
4. Referral Limits
Each Internal Referrer will be limited to one bill credit per calendar year.
Each External Referrer may submit up to 10 qualified referrals per calendar year.
Additional referrals beyond this limit will not be eligible for rewards, unless explicitly approved by Resilio.
5. Rewards
Rewards are issued to individuals, not companies, and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
Reward processing may take up to 30 days following verification of the new account.
Resilio reserves the right to verify eligibility before issuing any reward.
6. Program Integrity
Referrers must have the referral’s consent before submitting their information.
Self-referrals or duplicate referrals of the same contact are not allowed.
Fraudulent, automated, or bulk submissions will result in disqualification.
7. Modifications & Termination
Resilio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or to update these Terms, at any time without prior notice.
In the event of termination, valid referrals submitted prior to the termination date will still be honored if they meet eligibility requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
Resilio is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or errors in tracking or reward fulfillment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resilio shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation in the Program.
9. General
Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
All decisions by Resilio regarding eligibility, reward qualification, and interpretation of these Terms are final and binding.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
